About the place

Hello tenant!

My name is Ivan, I am a previous roommate of Oosterstraat 43f house.
We are an international student house in a central location in Enschede. It is about 7 and 20 mins from Saxion and UT, respectively. Currently there are roommates from Netherlands, Bulgaria and India. I myself am from Russia but I will be leaving, so we are looking for a new person to join us. We are a relaxed house where everyone is free to do whatever he wants as long as it does not come across other roommates. We have some gatherings every once-in-a-while, and there is a cleaning schedule. There is also a neighbors cat that invades the house without asking just so you know!
The house is quite simple, but there is everything you may ever need: we share a kitchen, living room, bathroom and the toilet. There is also a backyard where you can store your bike. The room has been recently painted, and the kitchen was replaced last summer, so it is in a decent condition. Landlord is planning to do some renovations in the living room too!
The rent includes g/w/e and Internet. There is 1 month rent deposit to the previous tenant.
