Hey new housemate,

We’re looking for a spontaneous, cheerful, and sociable new housemate to join our home.
We’re a house of 5 women and 8 men — quite a few, but that’s because our place consists of two large connected buildings. Altogether we’ve got 4 showers, 4 toilets, and 2 kitchens, each equipped with a stove, fridge, and dishwasher, plus a washing machine and dryer (use included in the rent).

We keep things casual when it comes to hanging out — sometimes we cook together, and in the summer you’ll find us on the rooftop terrace with a fire or BBQ. One tradition that does stick is the daily coffee together, for anyone who feels like joining.

Your room is 20 m² and comes with its own sink and air conditioning. Rent is €382 per month, including utilities, facilities, and internet. The room is available from mid-December — perfect timing for the start of the new year. It’s located on the third floor, with kitchen, shower, and toilet shared with about four other housemates.

The house is 700 m from the center of Enschede — about a 15-minute bike ride to UT, 5 minutes to Saxion, and only 3 minutes to the ArtEZ Conservatory and AKI. The nearest snack bar is right across the street, and supermarkets are practically at our doorstep. And of course, food delivery always finds its way here.
