Hi lovely room seeker,

My wonderful room will be available for sublet for half a year.

About the room:
The room is 25 m², spacious enough for all your belongings and furniture. It has a countertop with cupboards (without cooking facilities) and a fridge. The room has two doors: one leading downstairs and one leading upstairs, perfect for a bit of variety!
The plan is to leave some furniture behind and take some with me, but we can definitely discuss what works best.

About the house:
I live in a cozy house with 12 other housemates. That might sound like a lot, but since the house is split into two sections and three people have their own studio, it doesn’t feel crowded at all. In fact, it’s really sociable :).
We usually have dinner together almost every evening and hang out regularly. The vibe in the house is very relaxed. Our motto is: everything is allowed, nothing is required.

The house also has:

two kitchens (with dishwashers)

a large rooftop terrace

a garden where you can park your bike

four showers and four toilets

The downstairs area has a comfy living room, and the upstairs kitchen has a big dining table where we often eat together.

There is a possibility to stay in the room after the six months, or perhaps move to another one. But that still depends on a few things.

The house is located less than a 5-minute bike ride from the city center and about 15 minutes from the university.
