One beautiful furnished room is available for rent at Neptuno CoLiving Space. It is a beautifully renovated single-family home, located just 700 mts. from U. Twente's main entrance. The rental period is six months minimum, starting on February 15, but more than one year is preferred. The place is only for quiet and mature persons, MSc, Ph.D., Postdocs, lecturers, professors, or visitor researchers from the University of Twente or Saxion University. The price is 620 Euros for a standard room, all-inclusive. Registration is possible. Minimum 23 years old (no exceptions).
