About the place

Our house is located in a really quite neighborhood, So, we are looking for someone quite too. You could bike to UT or Saxion. The room on the pic is fully furnished. The rent including energy cost and wifi (100M glass fiber). Registration is also possible.  
Currently, there are two UT Students in the house, we are looking for one student to join us. There will be another room available soon, so you can bring your friends over if you want to share a house with them. We will need to see some student ID if you were invited to check the room.
The room is for long term rent. We prefer to have someone stay more than one year.
There is a cleaning schedule for the shared areas, please do not bother us if you prefer to live in a messy house.
Oh, btw, pets are not allowed in the house. You need to go outside if you want to smoke.(there is a smoke detector in every room for safety reason)
