About the place

Hi there,
As you can see, the house is only 9 minutes away from Saxion by bike. The neighborhood is really quite, so, we are looking for someone quite too. The rent is 400 including utility. 100Mb internet availabel in the house.
Oh, btw, pets are not allowed in the house.
Feel free to drop a line if you have any questions. 
There will be anohter room available from 1st of June as well. So, if you want to share a house with your friend, feel free to take them for the house viewing.
