**Looking for a housemate!**
From **November 1st until May 1st**, I’m looking for a housemate in the **Twekkelerveld** neighborhood.

The house is ideally located — **5 minutes by bike from the University of Twente**, **10 minutes from the city center**, **5 minutes on foot from the local shopping center**, and **5 minutes by bike from Kennispark station**.

The property is on the **ground floor** and is spacious, spread over **two levels**, with **three bedrooms**, **one toilet**, **one bathroom with a shower**, and a **private basement for bike storage**.

I’m **24 years old** and a **master’s student at the University of Twente, currently finishing my degree**. I enjoy **sports, cooking, social activities**, and some **friendly company now and then**. I’m looking for a housemate who is either **still studying or just starting their career**, and who has a similar outlook — for example, someone who’d like to **have dinner together after a workday**.

Since I’ll also be moving into the house on **November 1st**, a few things (like **internet**) still need to be arranged. However, I expect to **furnish the common areas**, so you’d only need to **furnish your own room**.
