About the place

Hey everyone! We're a student house of usually a total of 6 (3 guys, 3 girls), all between 18 and 25 - Two of us are moving out starting December 1st, so we're hunting for a new addition (or two!) to our house.

Quick explanation on the double vacancy: Our landlord originally thought they might stop renting out the place, so our housemates made other plans. In the end the landlord changed their mind! The place is safe, but now we have spots to fill! 

You get  a bright room that's roughly 23m² combined. You'll share a common living room, a proper kitchen, and two full bathrooms. We've got all the essentials covered: a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a kitchen stocked for whipping up a mighty feasts (or instant noodles—we don't judge). Oh, and until January, we have a sweet house cat named Milo who will be keeping watch!

Location-wise, we're in ' Roombeek' specially 25 Mekkelholtsweg, which is perfect: 10 minutes by bike to the UT and only about 7 minutes to the city center. Can't beat it!

We're a mix! Some of us are busy with associations, others with sports clubs, but we all enjoy the student life vibe. We try to have dinners together a couple nights a week, everything is allowed nothing is a must ;) 

Someone who, like us, is spontaneous but also knows how to appreciate a cozy evening hanging out at home. Most importantly someone who cleans after themselves and contributes to the house. We are a mix of Dutch and English nationalities currently open to anyone !
