About the place

A cozy student house with 4 rooms in the center of Enschede.
It is a comfortable and modern house.
There is a shared living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The (spacious) garden has a lounge area
and a lockable bicycle shed (with rear entrance) .It is the smallest room in the house, but there is an extra storage cupboard in the hallway , and you can study well in the spacious living room.
