About the place

A nice room will become available from 1 August 2026 in one of the most pleasant student houses in Enschede.

The room is approximately 9 m2 and costs €370,= per month, all-inclusive. The house is located about 12 minutes by bike from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and the city centre of Enschede.

All housemates (male and female) are students at Saxion University of Applied Sciences or University of Twente. We are currently looking for one tidy and friendly Saxion or UT student.

Registration at the municipality is possible. This is required when applying for student finance from DUO or for BAföG (for German students).

Free parking is available in front of the house.

The rent includes:
-service costs
-internet
-use of the washing machine and dryer

To keep the student house clean and hygienic, a cleaner comes every two weeks to clean the common areas. This service is included in the rent.

The kitchen and 2 bathrooms are shared. Bikes can be stored safely in a small secured backyard.

Within walking distance, there are supermarkets such as Albert Heijn and ALDI, several restaurants, and a bus stop directly behind the house.
