About the place

Hi! I'm renting out my room for the winter semester because I’ll be going on exchange. The house is currently shared with three lovely girls. Previously, we were a mix of two AKI Artez students and two University of Twente students, and the vibe has always been creative, easy-going, and respectful.

We like to keep a nice balance between social time and personal space. Every now and then, we organize cozy roommate nights where we cook dinner together, bake something sweet, or play board games. Always relaxed and fun, but nothing is ever expected. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere in the house is warm and supportive.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, closet, and desk, so you can move in easily. The kitchen is shared and has all the basic utensils and equipment you’ll need. We also have a cleaning schedule that we like to stick to, which keeps the shared spaces clean and pleasant.

About 20 minutes by bike to the University of Twente, 11 minutes by bike to AKI Artez and only 5 minutes by bike to Saxion. There’s also an Albert Heijn just a 5 minute walk away, right in the city center where you’ll find a shopping center and plenty of other stores and cafés.
