Hello room seekers, we are looking for someone who speaks English to join our lovely house!
Student room available from 20st of April, 12m2 and furnished. Comes with desk, shelves, dresser and bed(without the mattress). 
You will share a kitchen, living room and bathrooms with 4 others. The house also has a backyard with pond and fish and space to store a bike. 10 minutes by bike to the center, 15 - 20 minutes to University of Twente and walking distance from a Jumbo, Aldi and Kruidvat as well as a pharmacy. The house is in a calm neighborhood full with parks all around.
Rent: 320 Monthly excluding 70 in utilities. 
320 Deposit as well.
