About the place

Hi! We're Nienke and Leanne and we're looking for a new female tenant in the beginning of December. The room in our house is approximately 14 square meters, it gets a lot of sunlight and is 10 minutes by foot from Saxion and the city center. The price is 400,- including gas, water and electricity. On top of that we pay for our own internet which is roughly 15,- a month.  

We both work long days so we don't do a lot of activities together but it's always welcome to have a nice talk together in the kitchen :)
