Room available in a shared house (5 housemates total), ideally located between the city center and UT campus, only 5 minutes to campus and 10 minutes to the center.

The room is 7 m², and the house includes a spacious living room and kitchen, shared with 4 other friendly international students. We’re an international household with a relaxed and social atmosphere.

Rent is €359 per month, plus approximately €70 for utilities.

There’s also a huge garden, perfect for BBQs and hanging out.

Preferably looking for a girl.
