About the place

Are you looking for a room near the city center of Enschede? Starting May 1st, a room will become available in our house!

We live in a calm and relaxed household without fixed obligations, but we do enjoy having dinner together from time to time. Occasionally, we organize movie or series nights, and the Nintendo Switch is regularly used for a game of Super Smash Bros. We also have good contact with our neighbors, who often come over to study together or have a drink.

The house is located about 5 minutes by bike from the city center and within walking distance of several supermarkets, so everything you need is close by.

The room is approximately 12 m². The base rent is €274 per month, but thanks to housing allowance, the effective rent is about €210 per month including utilities.

You will be living with three housemates: one studies Mechanical Engineering at the University of Twente, and two study at Saxion University of Applied Sciences (Creative Business and ICT).

We are looking for a student from the University of Twente, Saxion, or ArtEZ who fits well in our house. Someone who is independent, but also enjoys having dinner together or spending time in the shared living room now and then.
