About the place

Hiya! 
Starting in January, a room will be available in our apartment in the Jeker. It is a sunny room on the 11th floor with its own balcony. Because we live next to a small shopping centre, you can always get your groceries within 5 minutes, and the city is only a 10-minute bike ride away! We don't have a living room, but we do share a kitchen, bathroom, and toilet.

Now about us :) . Bert is studying to be a music teacher at Artez, Emilio works as a music teacher, and Diana is finishing her studies in Game Design. We all have our own things, so we don't have planned meals together, but we always enjoy chatting and regularly hang out in the kitchen or visit each other in our rooms. Because we are a mixed household and want to maintain balance, we are looking for a girl😊
The room is approximately 14 square meters and costs €400 in rent. In addition, the Wi-Fi costs are €15 per month and you pay €40 in advance payment cost for GWE. 

The two white cabinets, green closet, curtains, wall shelf, and balcony tiles must be purchased for a one-time fee of €170. In addition, because we bought a new washing machine last year, there is a one time fee of €75 for this.
