About the place

We’re offering a room in our international shared house located in a calm suburban neighborhood, just 7 minutes by bike from the city center and around 15 minutes to the University of Twente. Two of us study at Saxion and one at TU Twente, so students are very welcome.

The house has a massive garden and a cozy living room where we sometimes hang out. We also have a washing machine and dryer, fast fiber-optic WiFi, one bathroom and one shower, and a shed for bike storage. There is no dishwasher. A bus stop is only 100 meters away, there’s a gym within 1 km, and you’ll find a park and a football club just around the corner. Free (paid) parking is available.

The room for rent is on the ground floor, about 14 m², with a large window facing outside, making it bright and airy. It comes with a single bed (the mattress needs replacing), and we can arrange a new bed or mattress if you prefer.

We are a relaxed English and Dutch speaking household. This is not a fraternity house.
