About the place

Hey hey! 

From August, a room will become available in our flat in the Jeker. It's a sunny room on the 11th floor. Because we live next to the shopping centre, you can always get your groceries within 5 minutes, the city is 10 minutes by bike! We don't have a living room, but we do share a kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Attached to the kitchen and Manon's room are two balconies where we occasionally sit together in the sun to drink a tea. 

Then about us :) . Emilio and Bert are almost graduated/studying music teachers. Manon is studying business administration at the UT. We all really enjoy making music and talk about it regularly. We all have our own things going on, so we don't have planned dinners together, but we always enjoy catching up and so we regularly have a talk in the kitchen or visit each other's rooms. Because we are a mixed house and like to keep the balance, we are looking for a girl😊
The room is +/- 18 square metres and €400 in rent (inclusive). In addition, the wifi costs are about €15 per month. 
The bed and the big white closet (next to the door) in the room should be taken over for 150 euros.
