About the place

Room on sublet for next semester: Available from August 5 to mid-January. 

The room is 10.8 m^2 and is furnished for sublet. The room is on the street side on the 2nd floor.

We’ve always had a mixed house, and now we are three guys living here. We are students at the University of Twente, studying a mix of bachelor’s, master’s, and working-student programs. We enjoy cooking and eating together during the week and are looking for a roommate who shares that interest. Occasionally, we play board games, have a nice chat, but later in the evening, everyone tends to do their own thing. The house is peaceful and calm.

The house has excellent facilities, including a new fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher.
Cost: €260 per month, all-inclusive.
