A single room, ideal for students, but of course also for other interested persons. The room is located on Janninksweg and is close to the center of Enschede. Saxion University of Applied Sciences is a 5-minute bike ride away, and the University of Twente is 15 minutes away.  

The rent includes gas, water, electricity, municipal taxes, and internet (WiFi). The room has a surface area of approximately 9.5m².  

The building contains multiple rooms but is a quiet property where there is no typical student life. The residents each have their own lifestyle.  

The rent is €390.00 per month, and we require a one-month deposit.
