About the place

Hi my name is Julia, I rent a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Enschede Zuid. Unfortunately my current roommate is leaving The Netherlands and so I am in search of a female tenant to replace her. 
The available room is the master bedroom, which has a door directly onto the balcony. 
The shared areas (kitchen, living room, toilet, bathroom) are fully equipped. 
There is outdoor space to store a bike and there is a car parking space.
The minimal rental period is 6 months. The cost is 825 per month, rent 675 + utilities 150. 
Students are very welcome, but preference goes to professionals and PHDs.
A deposit of €675 is required.
The furniture in the bedroom can be bought from the previous tenant for a small sum, if you would like, but you can of course bring your own furniture if you prefer.
A little about me, I am 28 years old and from Ireland. I work in software and in my free time I enjoy walking, reading, and horse riding.
