About the place

Hi future housemate!

Due to my departure abroad, the room at the front of our apartment is temporarily available for rent. The room is approximately 20 m², fully furnished, and includes a south-facing balcony. The apartment is located practically in the city center, directly opposite the train station (just a 3-minute walk). 

The apartment is on the first floor and has its own bicycle storage. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, spacious fridge-freezer, microwave, and oven. Additionally, high-speed 2.5 Gbit internet is included in the rent.

Besides myself, there is one other roommate living here. We regularly enjoy eating together and would love to continue this tradition. We are looking for a quiet, tidy roommate who appreciates the occasional cozy evening.

The adjacent room (approximately 10 m²) can also be rented at an additional cost, which can serve as a bedroom. In this case, the total rent would be €600. This option is strongly preferred.

Registration is possible. 
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
