Dear Room Seeker,

We at Villa Brandhoudt are looking for a new housemate starting in January! As the name suggests, our house is detached, so you won't have to deal with complaining neighbors. The house is within rolling distance of the station, and in just three minutes by bike, you can be at a bar with a beer in hand or sitting in class at Saxion. The campus is a short ten-minute bike ride away, making it an ideal location for students who want to enjoy their social life in the city.

We are a lively household with plenty of activities, but also space for you to do your own thing. Every first Monday of the month, we have a house evening where we plan an activity and then enjoy some drinks or watch a movie together. Throughout the year, we have events such as a Christmas dinner, Sinterklaas, a house weekend, and an "former housemates" weekend where many former residents come back to relive their first-year experiences. Additionally, there are usually people around on weekends who are up for some fun, and we often have dinner together during the week followed by some relaxing time in the living room. Everyone is involved in their own way, whether it's through a student or sports association, a fraternity, or a student team.

We currently have a mix of master's and bachelor's students living here. Both university and Saxion students are welcome!
