Very neat, fully furnished room (20 m²) in the heart of Roombeek. Just a 3-minute bike ride from the train station, Saxion University of Applied Sciences, and the city center; the University of Twente can be reached within 10 minutes by bike. Shops and supermarkets are within walking distance.

The room is move-in ready and the rent includes gas, water, electricity, and internet. The shared facilities, such as the shower and toilet, are professionally cleaned twice a month. The house is shared with international students from the University of Twente.

The deposit is equal to two months’ rent. The minimum rental period is one year (until 31-08-2026).
