About the place

A tidy studentroom, female only, is available in a female-only student house.

We offer a room of approximately 11m² for a female (UT/Saxion, exchange or PhD) student, located just a 12-minute bike ride from Saxion University or the city center.
We are looking for a quiet and tidy female student to move in starting from April 1st, 2024 (exact date can be discussed).
The room is available for EUR 340,= per month, which includes all utility costs, such as high-speed internet (1000 Mb/s), access to laundry facilities (washing machine/dryer), and bi-weekly cleaning services.

You can register with the municipality to apply for DUO or BAFöG funding.

Free parking is available.
Our facilities include two toilets, two showers, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a communal lounge area, and fiber-optic internet (1000 Mb/s).

To ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout the student house, we provide bi-weekly cleaning services for the common areas, all included in the rental price.
