A tidy studentroom is available in a female-only student house.

We offer a room of approximately 11m² for a female (UT/Saxion, exchange or PhD) student, located just a 12-minute bike ride from Saxion University or the city center.
We are looking for a quiet and tidy female student to move in starting from March 15th, 2024 (exact date can be discussed).
The room is available for EUR 340 per month, which includes all utility costs, such as high-speed internet (1000 Mb/s), access to laundry facilities (washing machine/dryer), and bi-weekly cleaning services.
You can register with the municipality to apply for DUO or BAFöG funding.
Free parking is available.
Our facilities include two toilets, two showers, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a communal lounge area, and fiber-optic internet (1000 Mb/s).
To ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout the student house, we provide bi-weekly cleaning services for the common areas, all included in the rental price.
