About the place

    Hi! We have a room available in our cozy (international) house in Enschede starting November 1st. The rent is €400/month (excluding internet). Internet costs an additional €17/month, bringing the total to €417/month. About the house: Our house has a large kitchen, a cozy living room with a TV, a beautiful backyard, a dishwasher, and a washing machine! You'll be sharing the house with three friendly housemates: Luis (23, 🇪🇸), Ana (24, 🇪🇸), and Puck (21, 🇳🇱). Once you've moved in, there will be four of us. We're all friendly, sociable, and enjoy cooking, drinks, and cozy game nights. Location: The house is located in the southwest of Enschede, close to everything you need: • 10-15 minutes to the University of Twente • 10 minutes to Saxion University and the city center • 5 minutes to Albert Heijn, Jumbo and other shops • 20 minutes to Rutbeek Lake. We are looking for a friendly and sociable housemate who enjoys a warm and cozy atmosphere.
