Hi there!

We have a room available in our cozy and friendly home in Enschede starting February 1.

About the room:
The room includes a bed frame, shelf, desk, and chair, which must be purchased from the current tenant for €250. The rent is €400/month (excluding internet). Internet is an additional €17/month, bringing the total to €417/month. 

About the house:
Our home features a large kitchen, a cozy living room, a lovely backyard, a dishwasher, washing machine, and TV—perfect for chilling out or binge-watching The Office!

You’ll be sharing the house with three amazing housemates—Paul (🇩🇪 23), Teresa (🇪🇸 24), and Puck (🇳🇱 20). Once everyone is moved in, there will be four of us in total. We’re all friendly, social, and enjoy dinner nights, cold drinks, and gezellige game nights.

Location:
The house is located in the southwest of Enschede, close to everything you need:
	•	10-15 min to the University of Twente
	•	10 min to Saxion and the city center
	•	5 min to Albert Heijn, Jumbo, and other shops
	•	20 min to Rutbeek lake
