Renovated Room between the University and the City

For our recently fully renovated student house, we are looking for a fun and friendly new housemate.

We have a spacious room (16 m²) available on the ground floor, which comes with a private bathroom and outdoor space. The room is semi-furnished and features built-in lighting, plenty of power outlets, CO2-controlled ventilation, and an ethernet connection for your computer.

The rent for the room is €720 per month, which includes utilities (gas, water, electricity) and furniture. The students collectively share the cost of the internet.

The house is shared by a maximum of five students and is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The large living room is furnished, and we have both a washing machine and a dryer. Our kitchen is well-equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Additionally, we have a large storage room.

Our home is ideally located between the university and the city/Saxion, making it a perfect place to live. A shopping center is also within walking distance.
