About the place

Hi everyone!
We are looking for a new housemate starting 01/01/2025 (1st of January). The room is 14 m2 and the rent is €491 per month (including everything). It is located in Twekkelerveld, about a 10-minute bike to the train station/city, and about 7 to the University.
Our house is currently a mix of Dutch and international students. You would live with 4 housemates (1 girl and 3 boys), one of which lives in a studio in the backyard, so you will share the bathroom and kitchen with only 3 people.
We are looking for someone clean and talkative. If you are interested, send me a message telling me a little bit about yourself. We are looking for a female housemate to have a 2 girl and 3 boy balance in the end.
