About the place

Helloo future roommate, 
our landlord offers this room now for rent and we need to find a suitable tenant for our student house :) 
The House is 5min away from the city center, 7min to Saxion and 17min to UT (by bike). It´s a quite old house but it has its charm. :)

It’s freshly renovated, so you might still need to do put in a new floor and put on  a new wallpaper. He said he would remove the furniture, but since he’s quite old that probably will take some time or you might have to do it ur self.

Starting in July/August we will be 4 roomates. One of them is a dutch girl (Julia UT) and a Tunisian/German girl (Ferihan Saxion). We are quite optimistic and happy people and would love for our roomate to have a similar kind and energetic vibe.

Currently its rather a very relaxed house, with minimal chores for everyone. We give each other as much space and freedom as everyone needs. Taking out the trash from time to time, cleaning up after yourself, rebuying stuff for the house like toiletries when empty are all chores we share. Other than that you are free to do whatever you want, since we respect each other’s different time shedules a lot :) we would maybe want to eat together from time to time or also organise some activity every now and then, while respecting everyones shedule and boundaries. :) 

Our only problem at the moment is the washmashine that broke. We agreed on not buying a new one, since it’s expensive and quite unnecessary. We go to our parents home every other weekend and take our dirty clothes there to wash them. 
We would like our roomate to agree on this agreement, such that we can all save on those unbestritten cost that not everyone may afford. :D
