About the place

Hi Roomseekers :)
We are looking for a nice addition to our house and currently have two rooms available from the Dec. 1st.

We are a student house consisting of 2 students looking for new company. The house is located at Elferinksweg 15 near the folk park. The center is 10 minutes by bike from the house. The UT is 15 minutes away and Saxion is 5 minutes by bike. The house has a shared bathroom, living room, dining room, roof terrace and kitchen.

We occasionally eat together, have a drink or play a board game. If you need time for yourself or are busy, that's completely fine. Given our name, you can already tell that we are students who love cooking (and eating). We like to cook extensively and it is a small bonus if you share this love. When the weather is nice, we like to use our roof terrace where you can sunbathe and have a BBQ.
