About the place

The room is part of a 1930s house. It has double glazing and tilt-and-turn windows. The kitchen is shared in the house, but the living room itself is private after 9 p.m. There is a toilet in the bathroom. You can use the shed for your bike (bikes, longboards, skateboard of whatever transportation device is not allowed inside the house). Smoking in the room or in the house is prohibited, but you can smoke in the shed or sit outside if the weather is nice (the roof extension is NOT accessible for recreation).

There are several supermarkets nearby, such as Aldi, AH and Jumbo, all within walking distance. 

Parking in this street is often difficult, but there is a bus stop nearby. The house is located in a pleasant neighborhood not far from the center. There are several student houses nearby and the center is only a 7-minute bike ride or a 20/25-minute walk. Saxion is only 5 minutes with the Ike and the University of Twente only 10 to 15 minutes.

There is a washing machine and a dryer that you can use.
