About the place

From March there are two rooms available of 9 m^2 for 460 per month inclusive. We are looking for someone who is fluent in Dutch to communicate with the landlord, but we are international house. All furniture in the room can be purchased upon consultation.

UT and the center of Enschede are both 10 minutes by bike, the shopping center is within walking distance.
