About the place

Room available to (international) students.

This cosy group consists of international students, from varying nationalities. The housemates are mixed, anyone is welcome. There is two toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs with a shower. 

The house is close to a supermarket, and UTwente is 10 minutes by bike, Saxion is 15.

All the furniture on the pictures you can keep, this includes a sleeping couch that can be extended, two mirrors, a desk + office chair, some shelves and a built in closet. 

The minimal renting period is one year. The utilities range from about 50-120 euros per month depending on the season.
