A furnished room is available in the Deurningerstraat area. The house is shared between 4 girls and 1 boy.(The girls are 2 Bulgarian, Slovak and Polish and the boy is Bulgarian). Super friendly and easy going people. Upon my roommates request, we are looking for a girl and it has to be a student. Registration is possible. The room comes with a single bed, nightstand, big wardrobe, drawer, desk and a chair. The UT and Saxion are 10 minutes by bike. There is a bus station within a 4 min walking distance. Nearby the house you can find shops like Jumbo, Albert Heijn and Dirk. The rent is 330€ and the monthly utilities are 100-120€. ( summer months cheaper). The price for the furniture is 150€. We are looking for someone urgently, preferably someone who can move in ASAP.
