The house can be found in the south of Enschede, featuring some beautiful scenery in its surroundings. The house features 2 bathrooms, a small garage, shared kitchen, small living room and garden. The surroundings are usually quite quiet.

The Kitchen should have everything you need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, blender, and a lot of space in the fridge and personal cupboards.

Quick travel times to both universities in Enschede:
University of Saxion - about 16 minutes by bike
University of Twente - about 26 minutes by bike

Also is close to a large shopping center which is about 6 minutes away on foot, you should be able to find anything you need there.

The room isn't the biggest, but there is a possibility of expanding it in the future for a small increase in monthly rent.
