Hey everyone! We have a room for subrent in our beautiful student house starting as soon as possible until August, when the registration is possible. It’s just a minute away from shops, located in the centre of Enschede.

The monthly rent is €415 (utilities included) with a one time additional cost of €153 for the furniture since the room will come with it. There is also a security deposit of €365. You’ll be living with a relaxed group of housemates (2 girls and 2 guys) who keep things clean, enjoy hanging out, and are looking for someone sociable and tidy to fit right in.
