About the place

We are a new house in the city center of Enschede with 1st and 2nd year Saxion students (CMGT and technical computer science). At the moment we have 4 human residents. There are 7 rooms in total and are therefore still looking for 3 housemates. The available rooms are each around 14m2 in size. We like to keep things clean. We do not have a shared living room, garden or terrace. We share the kitchen, 1 toilet, and 1 shower. We are looking for housemates who want to join us for cooking and eating together 5 days a week. We prefer simple but healthy food, no ready-made meals. And only meat eaters please. We are serious about our studies but want to make it a cozy house, that we keep clean, while we occasionally go on a trip together and play a board game or game together once a week. We are not the types of people who go out to a social club. The rent is 625 euros per month, including taxes gas, water and electricity and is agreed directly with the landlord for a minimum of one year.
