About the place

A lovely room will be available in our student house on Celebesstraat in Enschede from the beginning of November! From our home, it only takes 3 minutes of walking to the city center. The supermarket (Jumbo) is just around the corner (150 m). There is also an Albert Hijn, a Lidl and an Aldi close by. The bus stop is right in front of our house and the centraal station is only a 10 minute walk away. Saxion college is only 10 minutes walking distance. The University of Twente can be reached by bicycle in about 15 minutes.

We are 2 guys and 1 girl Henry, Alp, and Daniela (all students). We have a large living room, a big kitchen and a nice bathroom with a separate WC. We're a pretty freindly bunch and like to hang out sometimes so we're looking for somebody whos not too closed off.

The room that becomes available is 10m² and is furnished. The tenant leaving is selling their furniture and it comes with the room and its a requirement to buy it. The rent is 400 € + 10 bucks a month for internet (everything else is included)
