About the place

From the 3rd of May onwards there will be a free room available in our student house on Calslaan, on University of Twente campus. The rent is around 480 euros incl. gwe, no additional costs. We are three internationals busy with our master's. Currently we are two girls and one guy, however he is gonna leave in 2 months, so you will have the chance to pick a new housemate with us soon. :)  We are looking for a girl who wants to be actively involved with the house (house activities, parties, drinks, occasional dinners, and outings), aged 21+. The room is ~30 sqm (two rooms divided by a doorframe), you will be sharing the bathroom and toilet with one girl, and the kitchen and shared living space with three girls. The room comes unfurnished (floor stays in and some of the furniture is negotiable);
