About the place

Hey all,

I’m looking for someone who would want to take my room, because I’m doing an exchange semester abroad. 

📍Location: Burgemeester Edo Bergsmalaan (right next to Hendrik Jan van Heekplein)

🕣 Duration: From July 1st to February 1st (can move in sooner as well)

🏷️Price: 580€ all included 

➕I’m leaving all my furniture for you to use. The apartment has floor heating, so it never gets cold in the room. Just three people living in total, with two showers and one toilet.

Like I mentioned three people live in the apartment right now, we don’t have a cleaning schedule, but it’s expected that you clean after yourself. It’s usually very chill house with not many parties, however, only one of us three is for sure staying here from September, therefore the dynamic of house is most likely going to change.
