Hello future tenant!

I am leaving my place and offering my room for takeover in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood.

The house is located next to city centre and consists of 4 international housemates. It is 4 mins to city centre, 6 mins to Saxion, 15 mins to University of Twente by bike.

The house is relaxed, you are free to do whatever you want as long as you do not disturb the rest of the housemates and keep the house clean. 

There is a big backyard where you can store your bike and a shed where you can store it if the weather is bad. Kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet are all shared. The rent covers everything and there is a 500 euro deposit to the previous tenant.
