About the place

I am looking for a **student** to sublet my room in a shared student house on Borstelweg in Enschede.

You will be living with five other housemates (2 female, 3 male) in a friendly and social student environment. We are looking for someone who fits well into a student household.

**Availability:**
From **10 April** for approximately **6 months**, with the possibility to extend depending on the situation.
I am flexible regarding both the start and end dates.

**Details:**
• Rent: €440 per month
• Deposit: €440 (one month’s rent)
• Registration (inschrijving) is possible
