About the place

Hello!
I am leaving for half a year for my internship, so this roam will be availabe from September 2025 up to and including February 2026. In consultation a few weeks earlier might also be possible. 
It is situated in the southeast of Enschede, it is a 20 min bike ride to the university, 10 min bike ride to the station and the supermarket is across the street.
It is a chill student house where three other guys live en people regularly eat together. 
The kitchen and living room are shared by everyone. There are two bathrooms, so you share that with one other person. Everything is on the ground level, except for the rooms and bathroom of the other two housemates.
You can use the furnitere and in consulatation also some of the smaller stuff (like the desklamps and drying rack)
Finaly, there is aa the fridge, washing machine and dryer.
