Cozy room on top floor, furnished with a spacious balcony. It comes with a desk, bed frame, closet, shoe rack and night table. It has a prime location: It is 5 mins. biking to AKI ArtEZ, Saxion and to the centre! also 13 mins. bike to UT Twente!

Cost is  €510 per month all utilities included. There is a washing machine, kitchen has a fridge, oven and storage and you can leave your bike in the back. It’s available from 1st of July!  
Everyone in the house does their own thing and there is a flexible cleaning schedule to keep the shared spaces of the house clean.
