About the place

Hey everybody! 🏡

There will be a room available in our house from 1st of December. The house is for four people and entails a living room, two bathrooms, and a large garden 🪴 with a shed for bikes. The house is located right next to the Volkspark. It takes 5 min by bike to the city centre and 10 min to the UT. The rent is 361.88€ (+ 9€ for internet), is ~15m2 large and comes fully furnished.

About us, we are two girls (19, 22) and one guy (26) and we are doing their bachelor’s at the UT and one is parttime working and parttime doing his master’s. We are open to any gender and nationality 😊, but we would prefer the new roommate to stay for at least one year. We are not a party house but we are a social house and like to spent time (spontaneously) together such as sharing coffee in the morning and watching the office!
