About the place

At the beginning of March, a bright and spacious room (15 m²) will be available in our international house located in Enschede Zuid. The house is located next to Albert Heijn and Aldi. It is 15mins away from the city center and there is a bus stop 2 mins away with a direct bus to the central station.
It comes fully furnished, though part of the furniture needs to be bought from me (for only €50). 
Our house has a fully equipped kitchen (including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, etc.) as well as a washing machine. The living room is connected to the kitchen and has a very big table. 
You’ll be sharing the house with 5 other students from different nationalities. 
The monthly rent is €450 all in (rent, utilities, WiFi), with a deposit of €450. The minimum rental period is until the 31st of July, after which an extension is possible.
