The room is so big (more than 9 meters long) that you could easily divide it into a separate sleeping part and a work/living part. The room is furnished with curtains and carpet.

The current tenant will leave somewhere around middle of september. He has all kinds of furniture that you can take over.

Fast fiber-glass internet connection included. Enough car parking space in the street and there is a own bicycle storage on the ground floor. Shared balcony at kitchen.

It's nice living here in a quiet residential area. The city centre (and Saxion) is 10 minutes by bike. Busstop line 1 and a shopping centre is only 4 minutes away by foot.

There are two male students, one Dutch and one from Roumania.

I'm looking for an honest and reliable tenant. Preferably for a longer period. Minimum rental period is 1 year. Proof of income is mandatory. The deposit is 500 euro.
