About the place

Hey! We are a friendly house of 4 guys, looking for a 5th housemate. Three of us are studying at Saxion or UT, and one of us has already graduated. We enjoy a relaxed atmosphere at home with few obligations, but we also like to do fun activities together or just chill on the couch.

Our house has 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a nice south-facing backyard, a shed for bikes, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer. The available room is on the first floor and is about 7 m2. The rent is €330 per month, which includes a base rent of €210 and €120 for service costs. The rent covers utilities like gas, water, electricity, TV, and internet. The supermarket and bus stop are both within walking distance, so it's super convenient!
